Guarantee and Warranty
- The Seller provides a three-month guarantee on the overall engine of the vehicle, starting from the date of delivery.
- The Seller further provides a warranty on the engine for a period of 6 months to 1 year, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in the engine that may affect its performance or functionality.
- Please note that the guarantee does not cover the clutch plate. Any repairs or replacements required for the clutch plate shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
The initial three services come to you as a heartfelt gift, with no cost involved, apart from the nominal charge for the engine oil if any changes are required. However, for any additional spare parts, excluding the engine itself, a reasonable fee will be applicable. In addition, we kindly request a modest 50% labor charge to be included, ensuring our dedicated team's exceptional service and attention to detail.
We kindly request your esteemed presence to provide us with the cherished photocopies of the sell letter and transfer challan, as they hold great significance in completing the process seamlessly. Your cooperation in this regard is deeply appreciated.
In the event any potential defects are discovered post-purchase of the vehicle, we humbly request you to promptly lodge a complaint via the registered mobile number or email within a generous timeframe of 24 hours. Failure to adhere to this guideline may regrettably result in the company incurring repair costs. Your timely communication is greatly valued, fostering a harmonious partnership.
Once the issue has been addressed and resolved, the customer is kindly requested to affix their signature at the relevant section on the bill copy, acknowledging their satisfaction with the service provided.
